# Account Settings

In the Settings page, users can change Password as well as enable or disable 2FA Authentication code. Additionally, users can select the preferred e-mail communication channels.

E-mail preferences:

1. **Select** the setting which you find necessary to stay updated on Metopia Activities, confirm by clicking on **"Save Changes"**
